Meet the Foreign Experts
This is a special program that provides a place for young physicians who are thinking of doing research or studying abroad to have a sit-down discussion with five top overseas researchers and top foreign experts ("Foreign Experts").
At each of the five tables, one Foreign Expert and one Japanese facilitator will be seated. Participants will be able to casually ask questions and discuss pre-assigned topics at each table.
After a brief self-introduction and following the facilitator's guidance, participants will engage in conversations with the expert on the given topic. Every 20 minutes, they will rotate to the next table, allowing them to interact with a total of four different experts throughout the session.
Each table will host up to five participants, with a total of 25 participants accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. While we may not be able to accommodate everyone’s preferred themes due to the number of participants, everyone will have the opportunity to interact with four different experts through the rotation system.
Although it may require a bit of courage, especially for those less confident in their English skills, facilitators will provide support throughout the discussions. We are confident that this program will contribute meaningfully to your growth and development, and we warmly encourage your active participation.
